Charles Walker was driver that arrived onsite @ this property.
After completing his job, Mr. Thomas called into the office to let us know that Charles deserved a pat on the back for a job well done. Charles was very efficient, pleasant & easy going. Mr. Thomas felt that anyone as easy going as Charles deserved a compliment. When the time comes, Mr. Thomas will be calling English for service.

I wanted to take the time and say how satisfied we were with he good a job your driver Steve did ...
We have been in our home for about 6 years now (we had it built ) and with just the two of us ,have not had any problems to date.
But after getting such a good recommendation from our neighbor the Casarows',we thought we should have ENGLISH SEWAGE take a look at our system as you did theirs .
I called around 2:30 pm and your man was here in approx. 30 mins.
I showed him where the septic tank was and he went to work. He talked to me about the system we had (more then the builder did) and told me how it worked and in no time he was done...
I am glad we called your company, and will have you in our book and recommend you to our sister and nephew that live near us.

Good morning. Just wanted to let you know how wonderful your employee was during my pump out this morning. I had called early to let someone know that it was OK if they wanted to cancel this morning due to the heavy rain, but they said that the driver was ready with paperwork and schedule. Within minutes, he was here. Such a pleasant man and very personable. Ah, customer service...there's such a lack of it these days. Thank you again for your service.

| Being the owner of a small business myself I know that all too frequently complaints ring louder than praise, but having just had one of your crews out here I had to take a minute to thank you and let you know that you should be proud of the people you have representing you in the field. |
The crew that was here was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right, something which was very impressive especially given the fact that it was a Saturday, freezing cold and snowing! These two guys were very personable and a pleasure to have at my home and I would definitely recommend your service to anyone. In addition, when I inquired about some related products and services they were quick to respond and let me know that your company could provide them as well, something which is of great value to you the business owner.

Tommy from Ross Fogg called to say that Charles did an excellent job, A1. He said he came in, was very professional, did the work and did a great job. The job was at the Bayshore Shell gas station & car wash, 3731 Bayshore Dr, N Cape May.

P Ladota- Morton Ave, Rosenhayne- Mrs. Ladota said that Sam Paterson was very nice and informative about what he was doing. Since her husband usually handles the cesspool issue she was glad to have knowledge of what is going on so when her husband came home she could sound like she knew what she was talking about …. LOL. She said Sam was polite and funny seemed to enjoy his job and she looks forward to our services for years to come. She is a long time customer of ours and added that she hasn’t always had the same driver and this year proves that our staff in its entirety is just what is ordered when it comes to customer service and a job well done.
